Tien Tien Tai Chi Chuan

People of all levels of health and fitness from remedial to athlete can benefit from this ancient martial art. The entry level forms consist of breathing, strength and flexibility exercises and a 10 step form that is relatively easy to learn and can be practised in a limited space.

 

Tai Chi is a non impact exercise form practiced slowly and rhythmically with proven beneficial effects for osteoporosis, high blood pressure and depression.
